The summertime is already upon us, as is the June issue of The American Journal of Bioethics.

This month we feature a debate over the controversial practice of continuous sedation as proposed by three Dutch authors as an alternative to PAS. In addition, the ethics of adolescent HIV prevention trials is explored and expanded to include a notion of relative risk to justify such trials moving forward.

This month we also feature an editorial by Glenn McGee that explores the recent case of obstetricians refusing to treat overweight and obese women in their medical practices. His conclusion? The practice is even more pernicious than the case initially suggests.

Our entire most recent table of contents can be found here and soon will also be on bioethics.net.

Happy summer reading!
