Issues in Islamic Medical Ethics is provided by the University of Virginia. The purpose of the site is to provide generally agreed upon guidelines in matters of medical practice and bioethics in accord with the five schools of Islamic Religious Law: the Maliki, Hanafi, Shafi’i, Hanbali and Ja’fari (Imami Shi’i).
